The background of this research is to find out the Organizational Management of Kesumba Mempawah Art Studio which continues to improve in its work with the achievements it has made until now. The researcher's curiosities are to find out how the studio manages the activities that are held and the role of the board in the organization of Kesumba Mempawah Art Studio. This research aims to describe the functions and elements of management which consist of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, Money, Method, Material, and Market. The form of research used is qualitative, qualitative descriptive method, and sociological approach. The data in this research are the results of interview, observation and documentation. There are several sources of data in this research, namely oral sources, written sources and behavioral sources. Data collection techniques consist of interview, observation, documentation, and documentation study. The data collection tools in this research are interview guideline, observation guideline, camera, notebook and voice recorder memo. The data validity test techniques used are source™s triangulation and observation™s extension. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. There is a research flow in the design of the activities carried out. The results of this research show how to work and the roles in the organization applied by the chairman to members in accordance with their respective duties which are well managed in organizing activities so that the management is applied in accordance with mutual agreement in accordance with the circumstances of the situation, and the conditions that occur in the studio.Keywords: organizational management, kesumba art studio. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keinginan peneliti untuk mengetahui Manajemen Organisasi Sanggar Seni Kesumba Mempawah yang terus meningkat dalam berkarya dengan prestasi-prestasi yang diraihnya hingga eksis sampai sekarang. Keingintahuan peneliti untuk mengetahui cara sanggar memanejemenkan kegiatan yang terselenggara dan peran pengurus dalam organisasi yang ada di Sanggar Seni Kesumba Mempawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi-fungsi dan unsur-unsur manajemen yang terdiri dari Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, Money, Method, Material, dan Market. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan pendekatan Sosiologi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa pihak yaitu sumber lisan, sumber tertulis dan sumber perilaku. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdapat pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, kamera, buku catatan dan memo perekam suara. Teknik penguji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan perpanjangan pengamatan. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Terdapat alur penelitian dalam rancangan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan cara kerja serta peran-peran dalam organisasi yang diterapkan oleh ketua kepada anggota sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing yang dimanajemenkan dengan baik dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan sehingga manajemen yang diterapkan sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama yang sesuai dengan keadaan situasi, dan kondisi yang terjadi di sanggar.Kata Kunci: manajemen organisasi, sanggar seni kesumba.
