Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, pengambilan keputusan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD peserta PLPG Tahun 2013 Gelombang ke “ 5 di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang sifatnya exploratory dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 112 orang yang diambil dengan sampling random proporsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, sedangkan pengambilan keputusan, dan motivasi kerja secara langsung mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru SD. .Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Pengambilan Keputusan, Motivasi Kerja .
