Abstract: Implementation of Clinical Supervision in Improving Teaching Skill of Teacher Christian in Education District of Medan Johor. The purpose of this research is to improve the teaching skills of teachers after applied Clinical Supervision in Junior High School district Medan Johor years a 2016/2017. This study uses action research approach to school with two cycles. Reseach was conducted in SMP N 28 Medan strat in July to October 2016. Subject in this research are 10 person of teacher christianity. Based on research can concluded that application of clinical supervision proven to improve teaching skills of teachers with improvement occurring in each aspect and achievement indicators of the success of every aspect of the cycle II. Keyword : Teaching Skills, Clinical Supervision Abstrak: Penerapan Supervisi Klinis Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Mengajar Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen Binaan Kecamatan Medan Johor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru setelah diterapkan supervisi klinis di Sekolah Binaan Kecamatan Medan Johor kota Medan tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan sekolah (action research) dengan menggunakan strategi siklus sebanyak dua siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Binaan SMP Negeri 28 Medan mulai Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2016. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 10 orang guru bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi klinis terbukti berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru dengan peningkatan yang terjadi pada masnig-masing aspek dan ketercapaian indikator keberhasilan setiap aspek pada Siklus II.
