PENGARUH TAYANGAN KEKERASAN DI TELEVISI TERHADAP PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI 020275 BINJAI TIMUR

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tayangan kekerasan di televisi terhadap perilaku agresif siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 020275 Binjai Timur dengan populasi sebanyak 25 orang dan sampel dengan 25 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan regrasi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan, variabel tayangan kekerasan di televisi berada pada kategori sering memiliki rata-rata sebesar 40,68. Sedangkan variabel perilaku agresif pada kategori sering memiliki rata-rata sebesar 80,08. Hasil statistik uji linear antara kedua variabel tersebut diperoleh fhitung < ftabel yaitu 1,107 < 4,28. Maka dapat ditarik hipotesis dari hasil uji linear dimana Ha diterima adanya pengaruh antara tayangan kekerasan di televisi dengan perilaku agresif siswa (M1 = M2) dan Ho ditolak.
