MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA DALAM MATAKULIAH KALKULUS PEUBAH BANYAK MELALUI INTEGRASI AUTOGRAPH DAN AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN MODEL DEKOMPOSISI GENETIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitaspenggunaan perangkat lunak Autograph dan Aktivitas PembelajaranModel Dekomposisi Genetik dalam meningkatkan pemahamankonseptual mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FakultasMIPA Unimed pada matakuliah Kalkulus Peubah Banyak. Selain itu,penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peningkatanpemahaman prosedural mahasiswa dalam matakuliah Kalkulus PeubahBanyak melalui integrasi perangkat lunak Autograph dan AktivitasPembelajaran Model Dekomposisi Genetik yang didasari oleh teoriAPOS (Action-Proses-Object-Schema). Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian studi kasus dengan memanfaatkan data kualitiatif yangdidukung oleh data kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian menggunakanrancangan non-equivalent pre-test dan post-test control group.Rancangan quasi-experimental dipilih karena penelitian inimenggunakan kelompok-kelompok tetap sebagai subjek penelitian.Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari tiga tahap yang dimulai dari tahappersiapan: penyusunan dan pengujian instrumen, serta penyusunanpedoman wawancara. Tahap kedua dalam penelitian adalah intervensikelas, wawancara, pengembangan aktivitas pembelajaran modelDekomposisi Genetik, pengumpulan data, dan analisis data. Tahapketiga adalah pelaporan hasil dan publikasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisisdata kuantitatif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaranyang menggunakan perangkat lunak Autograph dan AktivitasPembelajaran Model Dekomposisi Genetik dapat meningkatkanpemahaman konseptual mahasiswa pada matakuliah Kalkulus PeubahBanyak secara efektif. Kedua jenis pemahaman, yaitu pemahamankonseptual dan pemahaman prosedural Kalkulus Peubah Banyak, yangdiselidiki dalam penelitian ini ditemukan telah berhasil ditingkatkandengan menggunakan pendekatan ini.References
