PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TGT BERBANTU ALGODOO TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MOMENTUM DAN IMPULS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) berbantu media Algodoo terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok momentum dan impuls di kelas X SMA Negeri 18 Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X semester II. Dengan teknik cluster random sampling terpilih kelas X MIA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X MIA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretes kelas eksperimen 24,94 dan kelas kontrol 28,46. Pada pengujian normalitas dan homogenitas kedua kelas diperoleh bahwa data kedua kelas berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Kemudian diberi perlakuan yaitu kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) dan kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Setelah pembelajaran selesai diberikan, dilakukan posttest dengan hasil nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 74,62 dan kelas kontrol 63,50. Untuk hasil belajar siswa, hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) berbantu media Algodoo terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pokok Momentum dan Impuls di kelas X SMA Negeri 18 Medan.
