ANALISIS KOLABORASI ORANGTUA DAN GURU DALAM MENANAMKAN KARAKTER PEDULI SOSIAL DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract: Analysis Of The Collaboration Of Parents And Teachers In Instilling Character Social Care In The Digital Age. Conducted to know parents and teachers' role in growing up the social character in the digital era, then, from the both role itself, a collaboration can be had. The method of this research was qualitative method. While the collecting of data used observation, interview and documentation. The technique of analysis data of this research were data reduction, display data and conclusion or verification data. Based on the result of this research shows that: (1) the parents' role in growing up the students' social awareness character in the house is using introduction way and then ask the children to do it first toward all the whole family team, so it will form the students' habitual action itself, the students will felt emphethy and awareness (2) teachers' rola in growing up the students' social awareness character in the school is by being a role model itself, and also asking the students to do caring activities towards all friends in the class first so that even they are in the school at all, the students already had awareness towards each other (3) parents and teachers' collaboration in growing up the social awareness character in this digital era has been done well yet, it can be proven by the relationship of them both which are they know each other, respect each other and also support each other then they are also being a role model so that they can get the goals to grown the education character towards the students itselfKeywords: Social caring character, role of parents and teachers, collaborationAbstrak: Analisis Kolaborasi Orangtua Dan Guru Dalam Menanamkan Karakter Peduli Sosial Di Era Digital. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dan guru dalam menanamkan karakter peduli sosial di era digital sehingga dari kedua peran didapatkan kolaborasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran orangtua dalam menanamkan karakter peduli sosial pada peserta didik di rumah adalah dengan cara mengenalkan dan membiasakan peserta didik untuk peduli terhadap keluarga sekitar sehingga dari pembiasaan peduli terhadap sekitar peserta didik jadi mempunyai rasa empati dan peduli (2) peran guru dalam menanamkan karakter peduli sosial di sekolah yaitu dengan memberikan contoh terlebih dahulu sebagai roll model, memberi teladan serta membiasakan peserta didik untuk dapat peduli terhadap teman di kelas terlebih dahulu sehingga saat diluar lingkungan sekolah peserta didik telah mempunyai rasa kasih peduli terhadap sesama (3) kolaborasi orangtua dan guru dalam menanamkan karakter peduli sosial di era digital sudah terjalin dengan baik, terbukti dengan keduanya dapat saling mengenal, menghormati dan mendukung satu sama lain serta ikut andil dalam peranannya sehingga dapat tercapainya tujuan yang selaras dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik.Kata kunci: Karakter peduli sosial, peran orangtua dan guru, kolaborasiDownloads
