AKTIVITAS FISIK BERBASIS SEKOLAH UNTUK ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR: STUDI PENGEMBANGAN MODEL INOVATIF DI KOTA MATARAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model aktivitas fisik anak berbasis sekolah bagi anak sekolah dasar berbasis sekolah di Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan research and development (R&D). Adapun pendekatan model yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model Sugiyono yang terdiri dari 10 tahapan, namun dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini hanya menggunakan 5 tahapan yaitu: (1) Mengkaji potensi dan masalah; (2) Tahap pengumpulan data; (3) Membuat desain produk; (4) Validasi desain; dan (5) Revisi desain. Penelitian dan pengembangan yang telah dilakukan berhasil membuat sebuah model aktivitas aktivitas fisik berbasis sekolah yang meliputi Senam Kesegaran Jasmani (SKJ) seminggu sekali, gerakan peregangan pada pergantian jam pelajaran, optimalisasi 4 L (lari, lompat loncat dan lempar) melalui permainan rakyat dan olahraga tradisional pada jam istirahat, pembiasaan jalan kaki ke sekolah, serta optimalisasi intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Model yang telah dikembangkan juga memiliki validitas yang sangat baik berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli. implementasi model yang telah dikembangkan ini tidak hanya hanya diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani, tetapi juga mendorong perilaku hidup aktif yang berkelanjutan di kalangan siswa.References
