PERAMALAN PENJUALAN AYAM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMOOTHING EKSPONENSIAL GANDA DI PT. CHAROEN POKPHAND JAYA FARM

Abstract

Peramalan adalah suatu perkiraaan tingkat permintaan yang diterapkan untuk suatu produk atau beberapa produk dalam periode waktu tertentu dimasa yang akan datang. Peramalan merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan dalam perumusan  strategi perusahaan dimasa mendatang.PT. CHAROEN POKPHAND JAYA FARM MEDAN perlu melakukan peramalan guna meningkatkan permintaan akan jumlah penjualan ayam di masa yang akan datang. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Smooothing Eksponensial Ganda.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meramalkan jumlah penjualan ayam di PT. CPJF MEDAN pada bulan Desember 2015.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa peramalan jumlah penjualan ayam di PT. CPJF MEDAN mengalami peningkatan, karena banyaknya permintaan dipengaruhi oleh Hari Natal dan Tahun Baru. Sehingga hasil peramalan penjualan ayam yang didapat pada bulan Desember 2015 sebesar 1541812,50KG. Kata Kunci :Metode Smooothing Eksponensial Ganda, Peramalan Penjualan Ayam
