ANALISIS PERAMALAN PENJUALAN MINYAK KELAPA SAWIT ( MKS ) PADA PT.PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA IV UNIT KEBUN PABATU

Peramalan penjualan dalam suatu perusahaan dapat menjadi pertimbangan yang cukupsignifikan dalam hal penentuan kebijakan dan rencana produksi perusahaan tersebut, termasukPT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui modelperamalan time series terbaik khususnya dengan metode proyeksi tren (trend projection) untukmeramalkan penjualan Minyak Kelapa Sawit (MKS) dan juga memperoleh hasil peramalanpenjualan MKS untuk periode selanjutnya, yaitu terhitung bulan Maret - Desember 2015.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode peramalan time seriesdan teknik analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahuibahwa metode tren linier lebih baik daripada metode tren eksponensialkarena memiliki nilaitingkat error (SEE) lebih rendah yakni 591,34.Downloads
