APLIKASI METODE MAMDANI LOGIKA FUZZY UNTUK MENENTUKAN JUMLAH PEMESANAN BERAS BERDASARKAN JUMLAH PENGELUARAN DAN PERSEDIAAN DI PERUM BULOG SUB DIVRE MEDAN

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perum BULOG Sub Divre Medan yang merupakan perusahaan milik pemerintah yang menyediakan pasokan beras untuk wilayah Kota Medan. Permintaan pasar terhadap beras tidak menentu setiap bulannya, sehingga pengeluaran beras tidak dapat dipastikan yang berakibat pemesanan beras yang dilakukan oleh Perum BULOG Sub Divre Medan tidak dapat ditentukan secara pasti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemesanan beras setiap bulannya dengan mengamplikasikan metode Mamdani Logika Fuzzy agar tidak mengalami kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan. Jumlah optimal diperoleh dengan menghitung nilai output script dengan menggunakan defuzzyfikasi Metode Centroid. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dengan memasukkan variabel input pada bulan Desember 2016, yaitu jumlah permintaan sebesar 8813,80 ton dan jumlah persediaan sebesar 9328,35 ton menghasilkan output jumlah pemesanan sebesar 11800 ton.Kata kunci : Logika Fuzzy, Metode Mamdani, Optimal, defuzzyfikasi, centroid ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Perum BULOG Sub Divre Medan which is a government-owned company providing rice supply for Medan City area. The market demand for rice is erratic every month, so rice expenditure can not be ascertained resulting in the ordering of rice made by Perum BULOG Sub Divre Medan can not be determined with certainty. This study aims to optimize the ordering of rice every month by applying the Fuzzy Logic Mamdani method in order not to experience any excess or shortage of inventory. The optimal number is obtained by calculating the output value of the script by using the Centroid Method defuzzyfication.
