UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MODEL KOOPERATIF TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENTS (TGT) PADA MATERI PEMELIHARAAN MESIN KENDARAAN RINGAN (TUNE UP) DI SMK NEGERI 1 BINTANG BAYU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020

Abstract: Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in the Team Games Tournaments (Tgt) Comparative Model on Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance Materials (Tune Up) at Smk Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Education is a learning process that is planned and carried out with awareness that allows students to actively utilize the potential of mental strength, emotional intelligence, self-control, intellectual intelligence, noble personality, and skills that are useful for themselves, society, and the country. Education is expected to provide all the benefits that the community has to improve their quality of life, especially Vocational High Schools (SMK), especially in the automotive sector, need to produce quality graduates who meet the needs of the regional, national and global job market that continues to grow as a means of training and education. for the skilled workforce of the future. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu, with the research subjects being TKR students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu. The type of research used is classroom action, classroom action research or often referred to as CAR can be interpreted as research carried out to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes of a group of students. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of cycle 1 level of student learning outcomes have increased from pre-cycle 69.86% (enough) to 85.47% (high). However, these results need to be improved again to obtain better learning outcomes and in cycle 2 the level of student learning outcomes increased from cycle 1 which was 85.47% (high) to 88.20% (very high). Keyword: Learning Outcomes, Team Games Tournaments, Tune Up Abstrak: Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Model Komperatif Team Games Tournaments (Tgt) Pada Materi Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan (Tune Up) Di Smk Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Pendidikan adalah proses pembelajaran yang terencana dan dilakukan dengan kesadaran yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk secara aktif memanfaatkan potensi kekuatan mental, kecerdasan emosi, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan intelektual, kepribadian luhur, dan keterampilan yang berguna bagi dirinya, masyarakat, dan negara. Pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan semua manfaat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, terutaman Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), khususnya bidang otomotif, perlu menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas yang memenuhi kebutuhan pasar kerja regional, nasional, dan global yang terus berkembang sebagai sarana pelatihan dan pendidikan bagi tenaga terampil masa depan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu, dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa TKR kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Bintang Bayu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan Tindakan Kelas, penelitian tindakan kelas atau sering disebut dengan PTK dapat diartikan sebagai penelitian yang dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas proses dan hasil belajar sekelompok peserta didik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan hasil siklus 1 tingkat hasil belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan dari pra siklus 69,86% (cukup) menjadi 85,47% (tinggi). Meskipun demikian hasil tersebut perlu ditingkatkan lagi untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih baik dan pada siklus 2 tingkat hasil belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan dari siklus 1 adalah 85,47% (tinggi) menjadi 88,20% (sangat tinggi).
