Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Discipline on Kinarja Guru at MTS Daarul Hikmah Pamulang, South Tangerang City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang and find out how much the influence of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang. The nature of this research is quantitative description that starts / starts / is based on theories and results of previous studies, explains or illustrates the influence of discipline on teacher performance in MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang, South Tangerang City, in the form of numbers to be analyzed and concluded. Methods of data analysis using questionnaire processing, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test, and simple linear regression test. The results of the study with the characteristics of respondents are grouped by gender, age, and last education. So that the calculation results between the disciplinary variable (X) and teacher performance (Y) there is a very strong relationship (r = 0.971) from tcount of 9.710, greater than t table 1.676, then the influence of discipline on teacher performance is significant.Keywords: Discipline and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinarja Guru pada MTS Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang.Sifat penelitian ini deskripsi kuantitatif yang diawali/dimulai/didasarkan teori-teori dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya, memaparkan atau menggambarkan pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja guru pada MTs Daarul Hikmah Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan, dalam bentuk angka untuk dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulannya. Metode analisa data menggunakan pengolahan kuesioner, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian dengan karakteristik responden dikelompokan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, dan pendidikan terakhir. Sehingga hasil perhitungan antara variabel disiplin (X) dan kinerja guru (Y) terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat (r = 0,971) dari thitung sebesar 9,710, lebih besar dari ttabel 1,676, maka pengaruh antara disiplin terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Dan Kinerja Guru.
