Abstract: The Role of the Principal to Improve the Skills of Teachers in Applying the Questioning Method to Learning in SD Negeri 167959 Tebing Tinggi. School action research is focused on a number of teachers who teach in 167959 Tebing Tinggi Public Elementary School as the subject of research totaling 29 people, as representatives of the 167959 Tebing Tinggi Public Elementary School. The purpose of school action research is to improve the ability of teachers to use the question and answer method in implementing learning in school. The research instrument used observation, the results of the formation of written evaluation used to measure changes in the ability of teachers after receiving guidance in cycles I and II. After coaching, modeling from the supervisor. Simulators of fellow teachers can be seen the ability of teachers in the first cycle reached 7.6 close to an average of 8. To improve the ability of teachers in the second cycle re-coaching conducted by supervisors through modeling, simulators and the end of the second cycle evaluation of the ability tests can achieve success targets 8, 3 Based on this, the supervisory and mastery of the question and answer method in the lesson was good.Keywords: Improving Skills, Asking MethodsAbstrak: Peranan Kepala Sekolah Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Guru-Guru dalam Menerapkan Metode Bertanya pada Pembelajaran di SD Negeri 167959 Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian tindakan sekolah difokuskan kepada sejumlah guru yang mengajar di SD Negeri 167959 Tebing Tinggi sebagai subjek penelitian berjumlah 29 orang, sebagai perwakilan dari anggota SD Negeri 167959 Tebing Tinggi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian tindakan sekolah ingin meningkatkan kemampuan para guru menggunakan metode tanya jawab dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan observasi, hasil pembinaan bentuk evaluasi tulisan yang dipakai mengukur perubahan kemampuan guru setelah mendapat pembinaan pada siklus I dan II. Setelah dilakukan pembinaan, modeling dari pengawas. Simulator sesama guru dapat dilihat kemampuan guru pada siklus I mencapai 7,6 mendekati rata-rata 8. Untuk perbaikan kemampuan guru pada siklus II dilakukan pembinaan ulang oleh pengawas melalui modeling, simulator dan akhir siklus II dilakukan evaluasi tes kemampuan dapat mencapai target keberhasilan 8,3. Berdasarkan hal ini tindakan pembinaan pengawas penguasaan metode tanya jawab pada pelajaran telah baik.Kata Kunci: Meningkatkan Keterampilan, Metode Bertanya.Downloads
