Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Management in Sembiring Family Course and Training Institute (LKP), Kabanjahe District, Karo Regency. This study aims to determine how the implementation of management in managing learning facilities and infrastructure at the Sembiring Family Course and Training Institute (LKP), Kabanjahe Subdistrict, District of Karo.This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. Subjects in this study included the LKP principal and 4 teachers who taught. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display (data presentation), and verification and conclusion drawing (conclution drawing and verification). Checking the validity of the data used is by using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate the implementation of management in managing the management of learning facilities and infrastructure in the Sembiring Family LKP starting from: (1) Planning for Needs, (2) Procurement, (3) Storage, (4) Inventory, (5) Maintenance, ( 6) Write-off, and (7) Supervision.Keywords: Facilities and Infrastructure Management, Course and Training Institute (LKP)Abstrak: Implementasi Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Keluarga Sembiring Kecamatan Kabanjahe Kabupaten Karo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi manajemen dalam mengelola sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Keluarga Sembiring Kecamatan Kabanjahe Kabupaten Karo.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah LKP dan 4 orang guru yang mengajar.Tekmik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), display data (penyajian data), serta verfiikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclution drawing and verification). Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tentang Implementasi manajemen dalam mengelola bidang manajemen sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran di LKP Keluarga Sembiring mulai dari: (1) Perencanaan Kebutuhan, (2) Pengadaan, (3) Penyimpanan, (4) Inventarisasi, (5) Pemeliharaan, (6) Penghapusan, dan (7) Pengawasan.Kata Kunci :Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP)
