PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI DISCOVERY LEARNING BERBANTUAN TALKING STICK SISWA KELAS 2 SD

Abstract : Improvement Of Mathematics Learning Outcomes Through Discovery Learning Aided Talking Stick Class 2 SD. The type of research conducted is classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. This research is located in Candigatak 1 Elementary School. The data taken in the form of the final test results of the cycle. The indicator of success in this study is 80% or more of the number of students get an average score of 70. Based on the results of the study obtained the average value 40% completeness level. Then the first cycle average 60% completeness level, and on the second cycle average 95% mastery level. Thus, obtained the conclusion that through the Discovery-aided Talking Stick model can be used to improve the learning outcomes of second graders in learning Mathematics. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SDN Candigatak 1 Boyolali dengan subjek penelitian adalah 20 siswa. Data yang diambil berupa hasil tes akhir siklus. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80% atau lebih dari jumlah siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pra siklus 57 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 40%. Kemudian siklus I nilai rata-ratanya 68 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 60%, dan pada siklus II nilai rata-ratanya 80 dengan tingkat ketuntasan 95%. Rata-rata nilai dari pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Dengan demikian diperoleh simpulan bahwa melalui model Discovery berbantuan Talking Stick dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 2 dalam pembelajaran Matematika.
