Abstract: Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using Learning Model Explicit Instruction In Subject Science IPA in Class V State Element 104208 Cinta Rakyat. Method of this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) apply two cycles that is cycle I and II.Berdasarkan research done In the first cycle obtained an average value increased to 63.87, students who complete learning there are 17 students and the percentage of student learning outcomes classically 54.84% <80%. In the second cycle obtained an average score of 82.58, students who have completed as many as 27 students with the percentage of students' learning mastery 87.09% <80%, so it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in science subjects. Keywords : Learning Outcomes, Explicit Instruction Model, PTK Abstrak : Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Explicit Instruction Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Kelas V SD Negeri 104208 Cinta Rakyat. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menerapkan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan II.Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata mengalami kenaikan menjadi 63,87, siswa yang tuntas belajar terdapat 17 orang siswa dan persentase hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal 54,84% < 80%. Pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata menjadi 82,58, siswa yang sudah tuntas sebanyak 27 orang siswa dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 87,09% < 80%, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA.
