ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH PROGRAM LATIHAN PROFESI I (PLP I)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika di lingkungan FKIP Universitas Suryakancana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika yang mengambil mata kuliah Program Latihan Profesi I(PLP I) pada tahun Akademik 2015/2016. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 10 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen yang dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan lembar penelaahan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa saat menempuh mata kuliah PLP I secara keseluruhan œbaik dengan rata-rata 3,10 dari skala 4.
