Abstract: To Improve Student Learning Activities In Class in English Through In Class IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. This research aims to improve students' learning activities and student learning outcomes by using model picture and picture-in-class IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. The research subject was taken in class IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe by the number of students 29 people. The results showed that the learning model picture and picture can increase the average student activity and completeness of student learning outcomes. The increase occurred because the students are motivated to follow the teaching and learning English so they often practice English vocabulary is causing increased. Keywords: Model Picture and Picture, Activities Learning, Learning Outcomes Abstrak : Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Melalui Di Kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture di kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. Subjek penelitian ini diambil di kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe dengan jumlah siswa 29 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran picture and picture dapat meningkatkan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa. Peningkatan terjadi karena siswa sudah termotivasi mengikuti pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sehingga mereka sering latihan berbahasa Inggris yang menyebabkan kosa katanya meningkat.
