PENERAPAN MODEL STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA BIDANG STUDI IPA KELAS VII-3 SMP NEGERI 1 NAMORAMBE

Abstract: Application of Model Stad To Improve Student Results In Study Field IPA-3 Class VII SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. The study is intended to improve learning outcomes and student activity. Classroom action research design that lasted for two cycles with each cycle twice petemuan. Learning outcomes data obtained through the end of each test cycle. Subjects in the study were all students of class VII-3 totaling 32 students. Based on the research can be concluded as follows: 1) The results showed that the STAD cooperative learning can improve students' mastery of learning outcomes; 2) There was a change in the average students' learning activities during the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD according to two people. Average increase expected activity for students was prepared from home before receiving lessons in schools. Keywords : Learning Model STAD, Activities Learning, Learning Outcomes Abstrak : Penerapan Model Stad Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Bidang Studi IPA Kelas VII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Namorambe. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memperbaiki hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa. Desain penelitian tindakan kelas yang berlangsung selama dua siklus dengan dua kali petemuan setiap siklusnya. Data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes tiap akhir siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII-3 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapat kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa; 2) Terjadi perubahan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada saat penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD menurut dua orang. Peningkatan rata-rata aktivitas yang diharapkan karena siswa sudah mempersiapkan diri dari rumah sebelum menerima pembelajaran di sekolah.
