Abstract : This research motivated by the problem of students who have faced problems of some students do not yet have the readiness, yet have the knowledge, and no information about the job opportunities in School Education. This study aims to reveal the relationship of social support parents with career decision steadiness. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with correlation method. Subjects of this study as many as 75 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire and scale used is a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by simple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a very positive relationship between social support of parents with career decisions stability. Keywords: Social Support Parents, stability Career Decisions Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan mahasiswa yang banyak mengalami masalah tentang sebagian mahasiswa belum memiliki kesiapan, belum memiliki pengetahuan, dan belum mendapat informasi tentang peluang pekerjaan di Pendidikan Luar Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kemantapan keputusan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 75 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan skala yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat positif antara dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kemantapan keputusan karier.
