Abstract: The Effect of the Living Environment on the Learning Achievement of Students Class V of the 101846 Public Elementary School Kutalimbaru Academic Year 2019/2020. This study aims to determine the effect of the living environment on student achievement of the 101846 Public Elementary School Kutalimbaru Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a kind of correlation research. The population in this study amounted to 30 grade V students of 101846 Public Elementary School, and the sample in this study was 30 Grade V students of 101846 Public Elementary School because the sampling technique was the total sample. Data collection tools used questionnaires and documentation of mid-semester report cards in Agustus. In the questionnaire, there are four answer choices and scoring techniques based on the Liker scale, namely 1-4. Where is the value of r = 0,93 n =30 = 0,87 and dk = 28. Then the value is obtained = 4,06 terms of accept H1 if > , to = 2,05 can be seen from the t value distribution table. Then > so accept H1 or there is a significant influence between the neighborhood on the learning outcomes of Civics students at of the 101846 Public Elementary School Kutalimbaru Academic Year 2019/2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan tempat tinggal terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 101846 Kutalimbaru Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kolerasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang siswa kelas V SD Negeri 101846, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 30 orang siswa kelas V SD Negeri 101846 karena teknik pengambilan sampel merupakan sampel total. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi nilai raport pertengahan semester pada bulan Agustus. Pada angket terdapat empat pilihan jawaban dan teknik pemberian skor berdasarkan skala Liker, yaitu 1-4. Dimana nilai r = 0,93 n =30 = 0,87 dan dk = 28. Maka diperoleh nilai = 4,06, syarat terima H1 jika > , untuk = 2,05 bisa dilihat dari tabel distribusi nilai t. Maka > sehingga terima H1 atau ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan tempat tinggal terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa SD Negeri 101846 Kutalimbaru.
