Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pemberian Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Role Playing dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengelola Emosi Siswa SMA Negeri 12 Medan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola emosi siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 20 siswa kelas XII IPS 3 SMA Negeri 12 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Data test awal ( pre-test ) siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sedangkan setelah pemberian bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing, siklus  I diperoleh rata-rata  . Pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 69,3   Kata kunci : Mengelola Emosi , Bimbingan Kelompok, Teknik Role Playing
