MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII-5 MELALUI PEMBERIAN TUGAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI BELAJAR EVERY ONE IS A TEACHER HERE DI SMP NEGERI 3 BERASTAGI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja siswa dengan menggunakan strategi Everyone is a teacher here serta hasil dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Kelas VII-5 SMP Negeri 3 Berastagi dengan jumlah 36 orang. Data aktivitas siswa pada Siklus I sebagai berikut : menulis/membaca (41%), bekerja (28% ), bertanya sesama teman (12%), bertanya kepada guru (9%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM (10%). Data pada Siklus II antara lain: menulis/membaca (26%), bekerja (45%), bertanya sesama teman (15%), bertanya kepada guru (12%), dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM (2%).Rata-rata siklus I dan siklus II adalah 71,9 dan 80 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 55,5 % dan 88,8% .
