REALISASI PROFESIONALISME GURU PAK DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER ANAK DIDIK USIA 4-6 TAHUN 2017

Abstrak : Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengetahui realisasi guru PAK dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia 4-6 tahun. Guru merupakan panutan bagi murid di dalam kelas, guru harus tampil profesional dalam setiap menyampaikan materi pembelajaran terhadap anak didiknya, kemampuan guru dalam menyampaikan materi merupakan tingkat profesionalisme akan menjadi efektif.. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui realisasi profesionalisme guru PAK dalam pembentukan karakter anak didik usia 4-6 tahun, Tahun Pembelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek PTK ini adalah anak usia 4-6 tahun kelas B Ekstensi yang berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dan data penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa realisasi frofesionalisme guru PAK (85,71%) dan pembentukan karakter anak (97,61%). Kata Kunci: Realisasi, Profesionalisme Guru PAK Abstract: The problem in this research is the importance of knowing the realization of PAK teachers in the character formation of children aged 4-6 years. Teachers are role models for students in the classroom, teachers must appear professional in every delivery of learning materials to students, the ability of teachers in conveying the material is the level of professionalism will be effective .. The purpose of this study is to know the realization of professionalism of PAK teachers in the formation of child characters educated ages 4-6 years, Learning Year 2013/2014. This type of research is a classroom action research (PTK). The subject of this TOD is a child aged 4-6 years class B Extension which amounted to 42 people. Technique of collecting data is done by observation. Based on the findings and research data, it can be concluded that the realization of PAK teachers' profession (85.71%) and character formation of children (97.61%).
