PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DIRECT INSTRUCTION DENGAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI KELAS V SD NEGERI 101771 TEMBUNG T.P 2017/2018

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes taught with Direct Instruction learning models with the Model Based Learning model. The type of this research is comparative research. This study was conducted at Public Elementary School 101771 Tembung in even semester T.P 2017/2018. The study population was class V which consisted of 2 classes totaling 66 people namely class VA and VB. The results of the study concluded that there were significant differences between the mathematics learning outcomes of VA class students who were taught using the Problem Based Learning model with the VB class taught by using the Direct Instruction learning model on the subject matter of Multiplication and Fraction Sharing.Keywords: Direct Instruction, Problem Based Learning ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction dengan model Problem Based Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 101771 Tembung pada semester genap T.P 2017/2018. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas V yang terdiri dari 2 kelas berjumlah 66 orang yaitu kelas VA dan VB. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas VA yang diajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dengan kelas VB yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction pada materi pokok Perkalian dan Pembagian Pecahan .
