Dye Sensitizied Solar Cell telah berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan film tipis ZnO yangdivariasikan dengan kecepatan putaran 4000, 4500, dan 5000 Rpm, yang dibuat denganmenggunakan metode sol-gel dengan teknik Reflux lalu dicoating pada kaca FTO denganteknik spin coating. Film tpis ZnO:Cu dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD, SEM,UV-Vis, FTIR. Ukuran kristal ZnO:Cu sebesar 28, 35, dan 28 nm. Energy gap sebesar 3.17, 3.13, dan 3.16 eV. Nilai Efesiensi sebesar 0.810%, 0,155%, dan 0,045%. nilai optimumAbsorbansi dye sebesar 1.73, 1,72, 1,96 a.u pada panjang gelombang 302, 307, dan 305 nm.Downloads
