DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC) MENGGUNAKAN FILM TIPIS ZnO:Al BERBASIS DYE DARI BUAH NAGA MERAH

Dye Sensitizied Solar Cell (DSSC) telah berhasil difabrikasi menggunakaan film tipis ZnO:Al(5%), yang dibuat dengan menggunakan metode sol-gel dengan teknik Reflux yang dideposisikan pada kaca ITO dengan teknik spin coating. Film tipis ZnO:Al dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD, UV-Vis. Ukuran kristal ZnO:Al(5%) sebesar 35 nm. Energi gap sebesar 3.50 eV. Nilai optimum Absorbsi dye sebesar 2.33a.u pada panjang gelombang 332nm. Nilai Efesiensi sebesar 0.158%.Kata Kunci : Geolistrik, Konfigurasi Schlumberger, Lapisan Keras.Downloads
