Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskula (fma) terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman belimbing wuluh yang terakumulasi logam Pb, mengetahui dosis pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskula (fma) yang optimal terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman belimbing wuluh yang terakumulasi logamPb. Penelitian ini dilakukan di di Rumah Kasa, Laboratorium Biologi Tanah dan Laboratorium Sentral Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan satu faktor. Faktor pertama adalah inokulasi mikoriza dengan 4 taraf dosis (0 g/bibit, 10  g/bibit, 20 g/bibit, 30 g/bibit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungi mikoriza arbuskula memberikan  pengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter tanaman dan  bobot kering tanaman. Dosis mikoriza 20 g optimal terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman belimbing wuluh yang terakumulasi logam Pb.
