Menemukan Ruang Keramahtamahan Dalam Media Facebook

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya menemukan ruang keramahtamahan dalam platform facebook. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan memberi ruang dialektika bagi perspektif etnografi digital. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengobservasi dan memeriksa 25 akun pengguna facebook selama 60 hari. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan; 1) platform facebook digunakan sebagai ruang muka“belakang, 2) terbuka ruang bagi nilai-nilai keramahtamahan sebagai bagian dari aktualisasi diri pengguna facebook dalam menaburkan narasi-narasi kemanusiaan. Pada akhirnya, disimpulkan bahwa platform facebook menyediakan ruang yang sangat terbuka untuk kampanye kebaikan melalui salah satu nilai keutamaan manusia, yakni keramahtamahan. The focus of this research is to find a space for hospitality on the Facebook platform. This study uses a phenomenological approach by providing a dialectic space for a digital ethnographic perspective. The research was conducted by observing and checking 25 Facebook user accounts for 60 days. The results of the research show; 1) the Facebook platform is used as a front-back space, 2) space is opened for hospitality values as part of Facebook users' self-actualization in spreading human narratives. In the end, it was concluded that the Facebook platform provides a very open space for good campaigns through one of the values of human virtue, namely hospitality.References
