Pengaruh Fomo (Fear of Missing Out) Terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada Siswa SMAN 3 Medan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) Terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada siswa SMAN 3 Medan. Pendekatan penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 305 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan uji normalitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,20 yang berarti data distribusi normal, uji linearitas dengan signifikansi 0,060 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang linear atar variabel, dan uji korelasi dengan hasil perhitungan r_hitung 0,445 yang memberikan arti bahwa antara FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) dengan kesehatan mental pada siswa SMAN 3 Medan terdapat pengaruh yang negatif. Pada hasil uji koefiesien determinasi diperoleh nilai adjust r-square sebesar 1,3 (13%). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel FoMO memiliki pengaruh dengan variabel kesehatan mental sebesar 13%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) Terhadap Kesehatan Mental pada siswa SMAN 3 Medan.References
