ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN TERHADAP PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DARING DITINJAU DARI MODEL REGRESINYA

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of students satisfaction level at Univertas Negeri Medan of the online learning process in terms of the regression model. The learning process in the university environment is no longer focused on the learning process face to face. Many types of online learning are used by lecturers in communicating and providing learning material in many applications. Student satisfaction in accepting learning also varies. The level of satisfaction of students' acceptance of the learning process is influenced by supporting factors and constraints on the learning process. The research subjects were 40 different students from mathematics majors and bilingual chemistry at Univertas Negeri Medan, selected randomly. The format used is Whatsapp Group, Google Classroom, Cisco Webex, and Sipda Unimed. The data collection method is done by questionnaire, observation and interview. Shown from the regression model of the relationship between the use of online platforms and the involvement of lecturers stated that the platform that met the indicators and involvement of lecturers during online learning took a significant effect on the level of student satisfaction in online learning using the online platform. Keywords: Level of Satisfaction, Regression Model, Online Learning Abstrak : Analisis tingkat kepuasaan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan terhadap proses pembelajaran daring ditinjau dari model regresinya. Proses pembelajaran di lingkungan universitas tidak lagi berfokus pada proses pembelajaran secara tatap muka. Banyak jenis pembelajaran online yang dipakai dosen dalam berkomunikasi dan memberikan materi pembelajaran dalam banyak aplikasi. Kepuasan mahasiswa dalam menerima pembelajaran juga bervariasi. Tingkat kepuasan penerimaan mahasiswa terhadap proses pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh faktor pendukung dan faktor kendala atas proses pembelajaran tersebut. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa dua jurusan yang berbeda yaitu matematika dan bilingual kimia Universitas Negeri Medan sebanyak 40 orang yang dipilh secara acak. Plarform yang dipakai adalah Whatsapp Grup, Google Classroom, Cisco Webex, dan Sipda Unimed. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, observasi dan wawancara. Ditunjukkan dari model regresi dari hubungan antara pemakaian platform daring dan keterlibatan dosen menyatakan bahwa platform yang memenuhi indicator dan keterlibatan dosen selama pembelajaran daring berlangsung berpengaruh secara signfikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam belajar online menggunakan platform daring tersebut.  Kata kunci : Tingkat Kepuasan, Model Regresi, Pembelajaran Daring
